The fan runs idle to protect the temperature from dropping; when the fan inlet is slightly open, positive pressure gradually builds up at the inlet. How to address this issue?
Reduce the speed of the high-temperature fan, while simultaneously decreasing the air volume of the fan located in front of the furnace
If it’s a bottom furnace fan, it can be vented
This problem does not occur when the fan’s circulation pipeline passes through the drying tower, as the compression heat generated during circulation is then removed by the acid cooler in the drying tower.
