I would like to reuse the wastewater discharged from the steam drums of various production units (regular discharge and continuous discharge). Whoever has information on this topic or knows of any device that has already been put into use for recycling can share their experience.
There isn’t much relevant information available; our waste heat boilers have a small capacity and are connected to the circulating water system.
How is high temperature in the circulating water plant addressed? And how is it delivered, with a pump or something?

It’s similar to what was said by the sea enthusiasts upstairs; after all, the water from the boiler has gone through various treatments, so its hardness and turbidity are much better than those of circulating water. It can be fed into the circulation tank when the cooling load of that tank is sufficient (especially in summer). I have also heard of it being used as desalination feed water in feed water tanks.
Electrodesalination uses purified water; I think it’s possible to integrate it into the circulating water system, but it requires certain investments.
Yes, if the distance is large, buffer tanks and transfer pumps are necessary. For our electrodialysis process as well, we use water purified by steam stripping from sulfur recovery
