This post was last edited by I am kind on 2017-1-9 09:20 regarding issues with high oxygen content in the exhaust gas · The check valve on the steam balance pipe is installed in the wrong direction. ·The oxygen meter or sampling method is incorrect. Due to the very low oxygen content, great care must be taken during instrument calibration and sampling to avoid air leakage. ·Inappropriate exhaust. It might be that the exhaust valve is closed or the exhaust pipe is blocked by condensed water. ·The spray mode is disrupted by the following reasons: too high nozzle pressure drop and too low nozzle pressure drop. ·Steam enters the deaerator from above the water surface. ·The steam pipe bank or other internal components are damaged. ·The oxygen content in the incoming water is high, or the temperature difference of the incoming water is too small. ·For vacuum deaerators: leaks at the flanges, safety valves, and instruments. Problems with deaerator vibration · High deaerator water level. When the water level is too high, steam flow is blocked by the water. ·Water level and pressure control are unstable. The control valves for condensate or make-up water, or the steam control valve, open and close continuously. ·The check valve for steam balance is installed in the wrong direction, or the internal components are missing. ·The nozzle is not installed (after cleaning the condensate system). ·Steam enters the deaerator from the water surface, disturbing the steam space. STORK has not confirmed the introduction of steam. ·Damage to the steam pipe bank or other internal components. ·The cold stream (with a temperature lower than that of the deaerator) did not enter the deaerator through the nozzle. ·The vibration source comes from external equipment (control valves, pumps) or instability of the steel frame. ·When the deaerator operates in parallel: the balance pipes on the steam side and the water side are closed or not fully open. The flow rate difference between the condensate or make-up water of the two deaerators is too large. Solutions to the problem of high oxygen content in the exhaust · The check valve on the steam balance pipe is installed in the wrong direction. http://www.stork-power.cn/images/arrow.gif Corrects the direction of the check valve. ·The oxygen meter or sampling method is incorrect. Due to the very low oxygen content, great care must be taken during instrument calibration and sampling to avoid air leakage. http://www.stork-power.cn/images/arrow.gif Verify the instrument, and check the sampling and sampling pipelines. ·Inappropriate exhaust. It might be that the exhaust valve is closed or the exhaust pipe is blocked by condensed water. http://www.stork-power.cn/images/arrow.gif Check that the exhaust pipe is open and that an appropriate orifice plate has been installed. Continuous steam emission can be seen. ·The spray mode is disrupted by the following reasons: too high nozzle pressure drop and too low nozzle pressure drop. http://www.stork-power.cn/images/arrow.gif Check and clean the nozzle. If damaged, please contact STORK. ·Steam enters the deaerator from above the water surface. http://www.stork-power.cn/images/arrow.gif In principle, the steam source should be connected to the steam pipe bank (or one of them); if you have any doubts, please consult STORK. ·The steam pipe bank or other internal components are damaged.
