It depends on what solvent ratio you use; mine is 4.3. 200,000 tons of aromatic extraction, with 160 tons of solvent prepared
The process supplier should be able to estimate the amount of sulfolane required for the first startup; it’s likely around 250-300 tons! (SED aromatic extraction)
