What are the signs if the upper and lower outlet valves of a glass plate level gauge become clogged? Is it the glass panel that gets full, or are there other signs?
The valve at the top is blocked, so the liquid level can’t rise; the blockage at the bottom causes an incorrect liquid level reading. Inspection completed

Yeah, that’s right; it’s blocked at the bottom, so the liquid level won’t change. Open the drain valve to empty the material, and when it’s put back into use, the liquid level won’t be visible. If the upper outlet valve gets clogged, no gas phase can be discharged
