The fluctuation in voltage occurred due to the interlock shutdown caused by vibrations of the main fan; the main fan did not stop operating as a result of those vibrations, but the stator pump stopped. The stator opening decreased from 40 to 7. The gradual drop in regeneration pressure is probably due to the reduction in the stator opening ?
To adjust the main air volume, the pump is kept running under normal conditions, so no further action is needed. However, in case of power fluctuations or outages that cause the pump to stop, it becomes impossible to adjust the main air volume
How do you usually adjust the main air volume? Are static blades being used?
We use inlet control valves, or exhaust fans
The inlet butterfly valve controls the backup main fan; once it is operating properly, operation is switched to the exhaust fan, which then drives the main fan to operate, thereby achieving energy savings and reduced consumption. When the exhaust fan drives the main fan, adjusting the main air flow is done by using the static blades inside the main fan

Although I have not seen your static vane pump, if the motor is not large, it is recommended to install a power fluctuation delay system, which can effectively mitigate the hazards caused by power fluctuations. We have used it in very critical locations, such as the lubrication pump of various units, and it has performed quite well.
Ours is also an axial-flow type; the static blades are used to regulate the air volume. There have been power outages as well, but it has never stopped working due to those outages. Additionally, shutting down the vibration control system is very dangerous – if the main unit fails, things will be in trouble
For adjusting the angle of the stationary blades, high-pressure oil is used – does that refer to a high-pressure oil pump?
Has the main fan motor stopped running? As a result, the opening of the smoke extractor’s static blades is reduced, its capacity to extract air decreases, its speed drops, and the overall air volume delivered by the fan is lowered. I don’t know what a stator blade is; it’s just a guess. We use an inlet butterfly valve on the smoke extractor to control power
