When everything is operating normally, why are the temperatures at the light and heavy diesel distillation outlets the same? Please give some advice, experts
What do you mean by the same? Are the temperature readings identical? Is it displayed consistently every minute and second?
Yes, for nearly 3 hours, the distillate outlet temperature remained the same. The pressure drop in the distillation tower has not changed; everything is normal. The temperature indication is the same; it’s a bit confusing
Is there a problem with the gauge kit?
Are the temperature of light diesel and that of heavy diesel the same, or are the temperatures of heavy diesel and light diesel equal? If they are not the same, does the difference develop gradually or occur instantly? Can the heat exchange temperatures in subsequent processes help to determine this? Were any actions taken to investigate this phenomenon? It’s usually a problem with the instrument; even when measuring the same temperature, measurement errors will occur, so the readings won’t be consistent.
Has the circulation volume not changed? Have all the other parameters remained unchanged?
