I would appreciate it if experts from other workshops could provide guidance on how to put the pre-hydrogenation reactor into use after tilting it, in order to avoid significant temperature fluctuations in the first reactor… Meanwhile, the second reactor is still in operation
Do you mean large temperature fluctuations in the pre-hydrogenation reactor, or large temperature fluctuations in the reforming reactor? For the commissioning of pre-hydrogenation here, we first use hydrogen to establish a circulation and raise the temperature; then oil is introduced, and the process continues in a cyclic manner. Only after all parameters are within normal ranges does feedstock begin to be supplied to the reformer. It seems that we have not yet encountered significant temperature fluctuations in the pre-hydrogenation reactor when pre-hydrogenation is put into use here.
Are you two hydrogenation reactors? Is there a design concept for cocoa and cocoa strings?
Proper pre-sulfidization of the catalyst is necessary (if it is already in a sulfided state, activation is required); the sulfur content in the feed oil should not be too high at the beginning. Stabilizing the reaction furnace and taking other such measures help to avoid large fluctuations in temperature.
Yes, there could be an impact in this regard; when we start up pre-hydrogenation here, the feedstock used is refined oil with a low sulfur content. This helps to avoid large temperature fluctuations and instability. The phenomenon you observe is not necessarily due to the reactor not being fully filled with oil; it could also be caused by a high sulfur content, with the endothermic nature of the reaction leading to unstable temperatures and large fluctuations.
