The final boiling point of our crude gasoline is currently controlled at 190–195, but that of the stabilized gasoline always exceeds the specified range, ranging from 196–197. Leaks in the stripping tower and the stabilization tower have been ruled out; what could be the cause?

This is normal; when testing both crude gas oil and stabilized gasoline, the results are generally different, as the stabilized gasoline obtained is that which has been distilled from the crude gas oil that entered the stabilization system in the previous one or two hours.
I think it’s a problem with the analysis, caused by the method of operating the boiling range. Normal.

In practice, stabilized gasoline has a dry point that is only slightly higher than that of crude gasoline; however, in your case the difference is quite large. First, check for any internal leaks in the heat exchange units at the bottom of the tower and in the intermediate stage. Then, investigate whether any other types of oil have been reintroduced into the absorption and stabilization system. Finally, proceed with analytical testing!
My octane rating stays at 180 only when the gasoline is refined further; it’s probably related to the composition of hydrocarbons in the fuel
