The pouring of the mass concrete for Ningxia Coal Industry’s MTP project was completed successfully. On October 23, the pouring of the mass concrete for the granule homogenization framework and the foundation of the transfer compressor station within the HDPE unit of Ningxia Coal Industry’s MTP process technology upgrade project, which was undertaken by the Northwest Branch of China National Chemical Engineering Corporation Sixth Construction Co., Ltd., was successfully finished. Located in Area A of the coal chemical industry park within the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base in Yinchuan, Ningxia, this project is a major chemical industry project under the **Energy Group’s and Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base’s 14th Five-Year Plan. The high-density polyethylene materials produced here can be used in industries such as industrial components, medical products, containers, and protective covers. It holds great significance as a model for developing a modern coal chemical industry zone characterized by efficient use of resources, optimized integration of various elements, coordinated efforts to reduce pollution and carbon emissions, advanced and reliable technologies, and a comprehensive range of high-end products. The pouring took 17 hours. To address challenges such as large scale, high temperature control requirements, and the need for continuous operation, the project team adopted key measures such as layered pouring, dynamic temperature monitoring, and covering for curing, thereby ensuring the continuity of the pouring process and the controllability of quality.
