After the pre-treatment capacity expansion renovation, the heating furnace remained unchanged; I would like to ask how to determine whether the heating furnace is a limiting factor To calculate the actual heat load of a heating furnace, does the heat load refer to the amount of heat absorbed by the material being heated per unit of time? Is it the heat released by the combustion of gas? Which number should be compared with the rated heat load? And how is it calculated then? Have I calculated that the heat released by the combustion of gas, multiplied by the efficiency of the heating furnace, equals the heat obtained by the material being heated?
