Hello, dear teachers! We are a manufacturer specializing in the production of molecular sieves. Recently, we received an order from Taiwan’s China National Petroleum Corporation to produce a batch of 3A molecular sieves with a particle size of 1.6–2.5 mm. There are currently 60 tons of this product left, and we would like to sell it as soon as possible. We have considerable knowledge about molecular sieves, but not much insight into their applications in the petrochemical industry. 3A molecular sieves are used for absorbing water, and it’s easy to adjust the properties between 3A, 4A, and 5A molecular sieves!
Some catalysts become inactive when exposed to water present in the raw materials, and some products have specific requirements regarding moisture content or other small molecules; these can all be removed using molecular sieves. Therefore, molecular sieves are quite widely used in the petrochemical industry
Reply to 7# sunmoonforest: Our company has a product called mononitrotoluene, and some customers require the moisture content to be kept below 50 ppm. Normally it’s at 1000 ppm. Do you have any solution, expert? It can be processed on an industrial scale with low costs.
