NB/T 47014-2011 6.1.2.2b): A welding process that has been approved for a certain base material is applicable to other base materials of the same category and group number. So, in the Fe-8-1 group, can a welding procedure qualification for S31603 cover all other materials as well? If not, why?

Without any other specific technical requirements from the customer, it is universal. . .
Conduct a welding procedure qualification for S31603; under the condition that the general and specific qualification rules remain unchanged, this can be applied to other materials in the Fe-8-1 group, but corresponding welding materials must be selected.
