There is an imported piece of equipment whose pipe connections have an outer diameter of 168.3. The pipes that need to be connected now have an outer diameter of 159. Is there any transition fitting available?
Since there are no such oversized fittings, connecting them using flanges all of DN150 could be considered.
GB 12459-2005 Steel butt-welded seamless pipe fittings: Elbows are manufactured in accordance with standard 12459; one end has a diameter of 168.3, and the other end has a diameter of 159. Is it available on the market?
There are no such oversized or undersized versions, but they can be custom-made
I’ve never seen such a mismatch in sizes; it’s better to use flange connections

It’s recommended to have one custom-made, or even two. For such non-standard items, the more that are produced, the cheaper they become. Of course, there isn’t much technical complexity involved in creating items with varying diameters; a smaller manufacturing factory will suffice for this task. If strength under pressure is a concern, one can conduct inspections themselves to feel more assured
All of them can be connected using DN150 flanges; pipes with a diameter of 168.5 can be connected to DN150 A-series flanges, while pipes with a diameter of 159 can be connected to DN150 B-series flanges.
