Does GB/T25198-2010 for container heads replace JB/T4746-2002?

Where is it not clearly specified? It’s not written anywhere in 25198 either that a replacement is needed; how should this be determined?
It’s a substitute; it seems there’s no such thing as GB/T replacing JB/T.
Supplementary notes on the issuance and implementation of the standard GB/T25198-2010 \"Headings for Pressure Vessels\". The standard GB/T25198-2010 \"Headings for Pressure Vessels\" was officially issued on September 26, 2010, by the **General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine** and the **Standardization Administration Committee**. It is scheduled to come into effect officially on February 1, 2011. Standards such as GB/T25198 were formulated as the current **standards on the basis of specific revisions to JB/T4746-2002 \"Hoods for Steel Pressure Vessels\". Therefore, GB/T25198-2010 is essentially a revised version of JB/T4746-2002. After the issuance and implementation of GB/T25198, it should, in principle, replace JB/T4746-2002, and JB/T4746-2002 shall be repealed accordingly. Please use the units specified in this standard, and in light of the actual conditions of your own organization, expedite the implementation of the requirements outlined in GB/T25198-2010.
