What standards are followed for the design, manufacturing, and inspection of stainless steel reaction vessels?
1. When the process parameters of the reactor fall within the scope of application of TSG 21-2016 \"Regulations on Safety Supervision of Fixed Pressure Vessels\", it shall be designed, manufactured, inspected, and accepted in accordance with GB 150-2011 \"Pressure Vessels\", and shall also be subject to the supervision stipulated in TSG 21-2016 \"Regulations on Safety Supervision of Fixed Pressure Vessels\". 2. Scope of application of GB 150: (1) Steel pressure vessels – Design pressure: not more than 35 MPa; Design temperature: -269°C to 900°C. (2) Vessels made of other metal materials are subject to the standards referenced in GB 150, such as JB/T 4734 “Welded aluminum vessels”, JB/T 4745 “Welded titanium vessels”, JB/T 4755 “Welded copper vessels”, JB/T 4756 “Welded nickel and nickel alloy vessels”, and NB/T 47011 “Zirconium pressure vessels”. 3. When the process parameters of the reactor correspond to those of atmospheric-pressure vessels, the design unit shall determine the appropriate standard based on the process conditions (such as GB 150-2011 “Pressure vessels” and NB/T 47003.1-2009 “Welded steel atmospheric-pressure vessels”), and follow those standards for design, manufacturing, inspection, and acceptance
For horizontal reaction vessels, the standards for horizontal containers also need to be followed
