For a 2300kw heat transfer oil furnace equipped with a Liyalu dual-fuel burner of the hot air type, which model should be used? I was scammed by the agent when making the purchase; they supplied an RLS250/M MZ unit. Now the user is causing problems, and I’ve tried other agents without getting any help. I’m in urgent need of assistance

The Liya Road burners are really disappointing – they have a great reputation, but in reality they’re just like products that sell parts; if you ask questions, the burner manufacturers will act clueless. Don’t assume that foreign products are all of high quality; in fact, they’re not as reliable as domestic ones
