(2) The maximum set pressure of the safety valve in the superheater system of a direct-current steam boiler shall not be higher than 1.1 times the operating pressure of the superheater at its installation location ； (3) The set pressure of the safety valve for the external start-up (steam-water) separator of the instantaneous heater and DC steam boiler is 1.1 times the operating pressure at the installation location ； (4) The safety valves on hot water boilers shall be set or calibrated according to the pressures specified in Table 6-4 ； Table 6-4 Setting pressures for safety valves in hot water boilers: Minimum value – 1.10 times the operating pressure, but not less than the operating pressure plus 0.07 MPa; Maximum value – 1.12 times the operating pressure, but not less than the operating pressure plus 0.10 MPa. (5) In direct-fired steam boilers, when a stop valve is installed on the connection pipe between the two stages of the superheated steam system, the setting pressure of the safety valve located before the stop valve shall be set at the highest setting pressure of the safety valve at the outlet of the superheated steam system.
