Equipment used in industrial production for separating liquids with different components through extraction

I’m looking for equipment that is simple to use and easy to operate for separating liquid components and carrying out extraction in industrial production. We are currently installing plate level gauges on the equipment; the insertion tube is inserted at the stratification interface, and then the material is separated. This method is not very accurate; it’s difficult to control the liquid level, and things go wrong when the level gauge becomes unclear.
Is it continuous production or batch production? What are the dielectric constants of each medium? What are the temperature and pressure? Is there corrosion? Are there crystals? What is the required measurement accuracy?
