Bevels on both sides of the tube holes in the heat exchanger tube sheet

The tube holes in the heat exchanger tube sheet have beveled edges on both sides; according to GB151, the bevel angle at the welding end is 45 degrees, while it is 30 degrees at the other end. Where do these two angles come from? Can they all be 30 degrees or all be 45 degrees?
One end is the welding groove, and the other end is designed to facilitate pipe insertion by eliminating sharp corners.
