HTRI problem: shell entrance and bundle entrance

What locations do shell entrance and bundle entrance refer to? If the flow speed exceeds the critical value, HTRI will give a warning. Is it okay if I ignore this warning?
Shell entrance refers to the inlet area of the shell, while Bundle entrance refers to the inlet area of the tube bundle; the method for calculating it is described in P224 of GB151. The inlet flow velocity at the shell inlet must not be too high, nor should the minimum flow area be too small; excessive flow velocity can cause vibrations. The square of the density velocity at both the shell inlet and the tube bundle inlet should be less than 5950.
The second floor explained it in great detail. HTRI adjustment method: Shell entrance – the area at the shell inlet; increase it. Height under nozzle Bundle entrance – the area at the inlet of the tube bundle; increase this area to improve flow.
It causes vibrations, leading to damage to the pipe fittings.
