Are sodium ion exchangers used in water treatment considered pressure vessels?

Question: Sodium ion exchangers used for water treatment, operating pressure: greater than 0.1 MPa； Operating temperature and medium: room temperature water. May I ask: Does the above sodium ion exchanger fall under the category of pressure vessels?
If the pressure is greater than 0.1 MPa, the volume is greater than 0.025 m3, and the temperature is higher than the boiling point, then it is a pressure vessel
You are following the definition in TSG R0004-2009; according to the new definition in TSG 21-2016, there is no longer a requirement of 0.025 m3 – this provision has been changed
