What are the ways to improve the heat transfer efficiency of shell-and-tube exchangers with fixed tube sheets?
Clean the tubes and impurities in a timely manner! Increase the flow rate!
Increase the liquid flow rate, reduce scarring on the pipe walls, use specially shaped heating tubes, etc
Where possible, use a slender or multi-channel structure to increase the flow rate. Minimize the diameter of the heat exchange tubes.
Increase the flow rate and add turbulence devices
