Our unit’s triple-effect evaporator is used to treat high-salinity water. It was all normal before, but now I’ve noticed that the vacuum level in the final stage has decreased, while the vacuum level in the second stage has increased significantly. I’ve checked to ensure there are no blockages in the pipes; could you tell me what might be causing this problem? Reward
Two-effect vacuum and three-effect vacuum are basically the same; the evaporation rate is very slow
I think it would be better for you to consult the manufacturer who sold you the equipment; if it’s still within the warranty period, you can ask them to resolve the issue. After all, they are more professional.
The evaporation rate in the second effect has dropped significantly; could there be a problem with the heat exchange stage before the second effect? The evaporation that couldn’t take place in the second effect is transferred to the third effect; of course, this results in a lower vacuum level in the third effect~~~~ Hehe, check the heat exchanger – either the hot side is blocked or there’s a leak on the cold side~~~
