A current client needs a heat exchanger, but my equipment can only handle liquid-liquid or vapor-liquid transfers; it cannot be used for gas-liquid transfers. The parameters are as follows: On the hot side: the medium is flue gas resulting from aluminum casting, containing a small amount of oil and dust; flow rate: 37,000 m3/H; temperature: 200–55 (or less than 55). On the cold side: the medium is normal temperature water (used to recover heat from the flue gas for primary heating); temperature: 20–70. The plate material should be 304 stainless steel. Question 1: What type of heat exchanger should be used? Is a plate-type flue gas heat exchanger suitable? Question 2: How can blockages be addressed, since the equipment cannot be disassembled for cleaning?
