The equipment used in the unit operates according to this process: it is a reaction vessel equipped with a jacket and internal coils. When solid materials are first added, the temperature inside the reaction vessel needs to be above a certain level; therefore, the water supply to the internal coils is turned off. Once the jacket is filled with water, the water in the jacket is used to heat the water inside the vessel. Once the desired temperature is reached, the solid materials are added. However, when the vessel temperature reaches this range, part of the water in the jacket vaporizes, causing the return pipe to make noise and vibrate. Over time, cracks can form at the welds of the pipe connections. A DN20 automatic vent valve has been installed on the return pipe, but it seems to not be very effective. Could anyone recommend what kind of valve would work better?
It’s better to increase the diameter of the return pipe. (Is the jacket water fed from below and discharged from above?) ）
