After the treatment process, the filter cake contains about 60% water and traces of chlorine; it needs to be dried to a moisture content of less than 3%, with the temperature maintained at around 110 degrees. I hope everyone can offer some suggestions. Currently, we use coal-fired steam boilers for direct heating as well as in drying rooms; however, due to environmental concerns, coal-fired boilers can no longer be used. For the new factory, we are looking for efficient, energy-saving, and cost-effective equipment!

Replace it with a gas boiler or an electric boiler.
The conditions given are too simple – what solvent? What materials? Basic physical properties of the material? Continuous operation or intermittent operation?
