Calculation of air consumption for cut-off valves

I would like to ask the experts here: we plan to install 40 pneumatic cut-off valves of DN65 size, and 8 pneumatic control valves of DN50 size. These valves need to be operated once every 20 minutes. We need to estimate the gas consumption per hour and determine what capacity gas station is required. I hope the expert can provide a more detailed response; thank you!
I suggest you consult the valve manufacturers, as different valve brands have varying gas consumption requirements!
It’s currently in the design phase, and the valves that will be purchased haven’t been decided yet. Is there any formula or something for this? Something that gives a rough estimate will suffice.

You’re welcome. Generally, for each valve, an air consumption of 1–2 Nm3/h is sufficient for instrument use
