Is there a device that directly vaporizes propane to use as fuel gas for burning in a heater? If heat is not taken into account in actual use, will long-term use have an impact on the heating furnace?
There’s no impact; it’s just that the cost is higher – propane is too expensive
That’s right; the dry gas produced by our equipment is not sufficient to meet the needs of the entire system! So I thought of using propane to replace some of the natural gas!

I’m working on this project: a propane vaporization skid is being used to supply fuel directly to the heating furnace. Previously, carbon buildup would form at the burner, which required regular cleaning
Apart from being expensive, from a safety perspective, in the event of a leak, it tends to accumulate on the ground surface (rather than in the air), does not spread easily, and thus the likelihood of an accident is relatively high.
A vaporization skid unit can be used, with steam being utilized to exchange heat with propane for vaporization; it should be introduced gradually when putting it into use, and there should be no problems. Propane has a high calorific value, and introducing too much of it at once could cause the oxygen level in the furnace to drop too quickly, making it difficult to make adjustments, so it’s best to introduce it slowly as much as possible.
