There are informational books on oil blending that you can purchase to study; however, they are mostly for reference only. Each company has its own formulas and requirements when it comes to oils, so it’s necessary to adapt to specific circumstances.
It can be mixed in proportion according to the actual production formulas, such as catalytic gasoline, heavily catalyzed gasoline, and atmospheric pressure gasoline, and then the octane rating can be increased using MTBE, blended gasoline, reformed gasoline, manganese additives, etc. The same applies to diesel: normal-pressure diesel, catalyzed diesel, highly catalyzed diesel, reformed diesel, etc., are mixed in proportion (or passed through a mixer). According to the production plan, laboratory analyses are carried out to complete the blending process so that the products meet the national standard specifications; generally, the addition method is used.
