May I ask everyone, after the installation unit has completed the equipment installation, it is the installation unit that organizes the individual unit testing. Who should be present for the acceptance of this individual unit testing?
It is jointly inspected by the equipment and manufacturing teams, with each being responsible for different aspects of the project: the equipment team focuses on the performance of the equipment itself, while the manufacturing team focuses on its operability and whether it meets the design requirements.
The supervisor, the owner, and the constructor should all participate, right?
Personnel from the owner’s equipment department and personnel from the process department.
The parties involved in the acceptance testing of a single-unit trial run should include: the installation unit, the equipment manufacturer, the supervisor, and the unit that will use the equipment – a minimum of 4 parties in total! It should be the installation unit that takes the lead in the commissioning process
Equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as instruments, all need to participate
At the very least, the equipment manufacturers should be involved in the construction process, and the project owner should notify them in advance
