Due to production requirements, I am currently looking for a device to remove volatiles in order to reduce their content in the product. Given that I have almost no experience in selecting chemical processing equipment, I earnestly ask those experienced experts to help recommend some proven and suitable equipment as well as manufacturers. Thank you in advance. Here are some of the parameters for our products: 1. Product name: Vinyl-terminated dimethyl polysiloxane (vinyl silicone oil). 2. Viscosity: At 25°C, the viscosity of different models ranges from 450 mPa.s to 140,000 mPa.s. 3. Depolymerization temperature: between 180–200°C. 4. Depolymerization pressure: between -0.095 MPa and -0.01 MPa. 5. Volatile content: required to be ≤0.3% (the value for conventional polymer depolymerization methods is around 1%). 6. Production method: Batch production. If any other parameters and information need to be provided, please let me know. Thank you.
Can’t use a vacuum mixing tank?

Static devolatilization technology can be installed as a single-step or multi-step process. The number of steps depends on the amount of polymer produced and the amount of volatiles to be removed. Based on the unique process concept of single-stage or multi-stage static devolatilization, volatiles can be effectively removed. This solution has been successfully applied to many different polymers, from pilot-scale to large-scale commercial production lines. Those in need can contact me!
