The Petrochemical Technology Consultation Center focuses on resolving complex issues within the petrochemical sector; moderators, technicians, and members from various sections within this sector can bring forward those difficult problems that have not been solvable in other sections, and the center will hire technical experts to address them. Requirements for appointment: To regularly provide consultations at the Petrochemical Technology Consultation Center (no restrictions on administrator or member status; part-time work is allowed; appointment period is one year). Initial diagnosis and treatment are provided for cases posted at the Petrochemical Technology Outpatient Center; if a diagnosis cannot be made, a physician will provide comments – first, the primary physician gives a diagnosis and comments thereon; then an associate chief physician provides a diagnosis and comments; followed by a chief physician’s diagnosis, with the goal being to resolve the issue. If the problem still cannot be solved even by the honorary president, the honorary president will convey the diagnosis results to the person who posted the case in the name of the hospital. The Honorary Dean has authority over the management of the institute, the appointment and dismissal of staff, and the recommendation for promotions. 2. Employment period: March 1, 2017 – March 1, 2018 (subject to the employment notice). 3.
