However, it is necessary to cut open the bags before feeding the material in, as the material contains some moisture and tends to form clumps when under pressure. This way, the cost of manually adding packaging bags is too high. I want to use bulk material and load it directly into the feed bin with a loader; then, for feeding, is it better to use a weighing grab or a weighing belt? Two factors need to be considered: first, ferrous sulfate heptahydrate cannot be stored for long; before adding new material, the contents in the silo must be used up ; Second, ferrous sulfate is not in the form of loose particles or crystals; it has some degree of sticking and caking. Is it sufficient to use epoxy resin for anti-corrosion in the silo? The cost of PTFE lining is a bit high; how is the disk feeder installed? The reaction tank is 3.8 meters high, so the silo must be below ground level.
For belt scales, the main issue is insufficient space; for disk feeders, it is the poor fluidity of ferrous sulfate itself.
