How to break an 200L iron drum?

Waste salt is stored in 200L iron drums, and the packaging needs to be changed; how can such 200L iron drums be broken open? Is there any tool that can achieve this?
Is the lid completely rusted? ! If it’s not flammable or explosive, you can use an iron chisel to break the metal sheet!
Use an angle grinder cutting disc,,,,. Done.
The lid can be cut using a barrel-cutting tool; the idea is to cut it in two from the side of the barrel, so that the solid salt inside can be removed
It contains organic salts as well as a small amount of solvent; the angle grinder generates sparks, which poses some risk

If that’s the case, I wonder what the wall thickness is; whether it’s possible to use such inorganic salts for cooling and extinguishing fires with water. It’s also unclear whether it’s feasible to pierce through the wall using a chisel or by cutting it with metal sheets. It’s best to send a video; it’s easiest to understand things when seeing images. Oh, make an axe, sharpen it well, and use it to cut things in half. The metal sheet won’t be too thick.
