The raw material used in our company’s production is a mixed acid of 25% phosphoric acid and 5% sulfuric acid, which is transported by tank trucks. Every time acid is unloaded at the factory, a considerable amount of it spills onto the roads, causing immediate corrosion and posing obvious environmental problems. We are now looking for a paint that is resistant to acids and alkalis as well as wear-resistant, so that we can apply it directly to concrete surfaces and thus completely avoid this problem. The tank truck weighs about 40 tons.

There is now a type of ceramic coating that prevents roads from becoming soft; as far as I know, there should be no problems with it at all. It is resistant to corrosion and also has strong adhesion properties.
