Around 300 degrees, adipic acid is used as the material of choice; any metallic material will do~~~ Are there any other materials that are more cost-effective besides titanium?~~
If you want to save money, use titanium for the lining – carbon steel on the outside and titanium on the inside. Want to save money under such harsh conditions?
Corrosion resistance of adipic acid in any concentration, at temperatures of 100°C and 200°C, against materials such as 304L, 316L, 317L, 904L, 2205 duplex steel, SAF2304 duplex steel, SAF2507 duplex steel, and Ti: excellent (annual corrosion rate of 0.1 mm/year). Due to the lack of data on temperatures around 300°C in the absence of a dielectric, material selection should be carried out initially, followed by coupon testing for verification. Once the material has been selected, composite plate containers can be used.
