How is the corrosion resistance of SHY-99?; What is the anti-corrosion effect in practical applications?
Could any expert share their opinion on which anti-corrosion coating is suitable when the quality of the circulating water is poor?
It has been used, mainly on the circulating water side; it provides good corrosion protection and extends the service life of the heat exchanger
It has been used; the paint on the water side still retains its color after 1 year, some trace of color is still visible after 2 years, and local corrosion begins to appear after around 3 years. The water side remains safe for at least 3.5 years.
The corrosion protection on the water side of the circulating water system is effective, but prolonged exposure to steam should be avoided as much as possible.
If there is no scale in the pipe, there is no need for steam purging.
