Problems with slides for oil-filled transformers

Our company has recently built a new power distribution room; the transformers have been ordered and the building structure is complete, but the lifting height is insufficient, preventing acceptance. I have a few questions for Haiyou. First: What are the regulations regarding the height allowance for lifting transformers, and how much is considered reasonable? Second: The transformer has pulleys at its four corners; is it in compliance with the design specifications to use slides to pull it out of the distribution room and into the outdoors for installation and maintenance?
For small and medium-sized transformers, the issue of lifting them for maintenance is not taken into consideration; when maintenance or replacement is needed, simple methods such as chain blocks, steel bars, and pulling are used
For large transformers, the height available for lifting is not sufficient at present, so they cannot pass the inspection
