What equipment is suitable for feeding solid powder materials? And it can be measured. Star valve?
What kind of solid? Material properties? The conditions weren’t clearly stated
There are many devices for conveying powders; belts and screw conveyors can both be used for feeding and metering. If it can be done using a star discharger, that would of course be the simplest solution. However, the powder storage tank mentioned above must be equipped with a anti-bridging device to prevent the powder material from bridging. Electronic scales are installed on the storage tanks for measurement, and the unloader uses variable-frequency speed control that is interlocked with the electronic scales to achieve automatic adjustment of the feeding amount.
For powder materials, pneumatic conveying is generally used when the volume is large
