Fluorine lining is generally used for media that corrode stainless steel and have strong solvency for ordinary PP and FRPP. It’s costly and difficult to produce. A specific analysis of the medium is required; in some cases, Tang glass or ordinary glass can be used as a substitute.
Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, aniline, dichloromethane, etc. – we have everything needed for dichloromethane processing; other types of pipes are useless for this purpose. The 316L material lasts only about a month.
FRP does not have good pressure resistance; in our case, materials used in acidic environments are generally lined with fluoropolymer. We once used spray-coated materials as well, but their adhesion was very poor and they deteriorated quickly, so we switched back to fluoropolymer-lined materials
