Dear sea friends: Does anyone have a startup plan for an industrial catalyst using HZSM-5 molecular sieves to produce ethylene through ethanol dehydration? Including: purging, heating up, passivation, feeding raw materials, shutdown, and all other processes? Tell me about some of them!

It’s not really a matter of cost; the issue is that the production process requires hydrogen, and if it’s difficult to obtain hydrogen, then hydrogen production equipment becomes necessary. At that point, one has to be willing to spend money – there’s no way around it. It seems that there are more devices for producing hydrogen from methanol. Not every user who needs hydrogen can find a neighbor who can produce it. . . {:3_54:}
