It is a sealed, automatic feeding device for reaction vessels; the pipelines used to transport the materials are connected to the workshop’s ground wire, thereby dissipating the static electricity associated with the materials; First, the material is drawn into the equipment and then discharged into the reaction vessel; simultaneously with this discharge, nitrogen is blown in to increase the amount of inert gas inside the vessel, thereby preventing accidents. The sealed automatic feeding equipment for reaction vessels replaces manual feeding of powders and solid particles into the reactors. It is connected to the reactors via sealed flexible connections, which prevents dust from being generated during feeding; this improves the utilization rate of materials. The sealed connection between the equipment and the reactors also stops organic solvents from leaking out of the reactors during feeding. Feeding is fast and efficient, thereby reducing the workload on employees. The equipment is controlled by a PLC; programs are developed based on the actual production requirements of the customer. It can be connected to the workshop’s DCS control system, allowing the workshop to monitor the equipment’s operating status as well as control its start and stop. It has been put into use in the production of the pesticide active ingredient thiacloprid, replacing the manual addition of oxadiazine and ultra-fine potassium carbonate to the reaction vessel.
