Based on my calculations, 20% ammonia solution is required at a rate of 80 kg/h for flue gas denitration; what flow rate pump should be selected? Having seen similar projects in the past, why was a pump with a capacity of 0.8 m3/h chosen?

The main considerations are the margin issue, as well as changes in the concentration and density of ammonia water and in the flue gas; it is also possible to choose a flow rate that is slightly lower.
I still don’t quite understand. Does it mean that the amount of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gases can be unstable, which is why a surplus needs to be added? But generally, a very small amount is sufficient; wouldn’t spraying so much cause ammonia to escape or block the flue?
Yes, if the nitrogen oxide content is high and the ammonia concentration is low, a larger amount is required, meaning a higher flow rate is needed. Pumps with a recommended flow rate of less than or equal to 80 should be used.
I calculated it – the traffic is nearly ten times higher (I’m not wrong, am I?) ? ? ? ), how was this number obtained? From empirical data? Are there also 80 units in kg? Is this unit still used for pump flow rate? I’m asking too many questions. I really don’t understand and would like some guidance; thank you in advance :lol
