I’m asking the experts here: does anyone know anything about the production processes or manufacturers of zinc sulfate? The more detailed the information, the better. I’m working on an industrial design project
Zinc oxide powder (with the following composition: zinc: 60.14%, iron: 7.0%, cadmium: 4%, lead: 10.02%, manganese: 0.88%, chlorides: 0.20%) is reacted with sulfuric acid, filtered, and after separation, zinc powder is added to displace cadmium and lead； After further filtration and separation, pure zinc oxide and potassium permanganate are added to the separated liquid; after filtration, the precipitate is removed. The filtrate is then evaporated and concentrated to obtain a solution with 50% zinc sulfate content. I need a process package or design documents that allow for the construction of such a system. If possible, I would be grateful if you could provide appropriate compensation for your efforts
