Most plastic materials can be used, except for those that contain silicon such as silicone; examples include PP, PVC, polytetrafluoroethylene, PPH, PPR, and PO. Most inert metals can also be used, such as lead, tantalum, gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and titanium. Among non-metals, some can be used aside from those containing silicon, such as graphite, carbides, silicon carbide, and corundum. Most fiberglass composites cannot be used; polyester fabric and furan-based fiberglass composites can be used, while glass fiber-based fiberglass composites cannot. Common metals are not suitable, nor is silicon nitride.
There is also a cost issue here. What exactly is your equipment? If it’s a small device that is quite important, it might be advisable to choose materials with a higher cost. For storage tanks, plastic products or linings can be used; for heat exchangers, graphite materials are a good option. As for valves and fittings, Valve Mingming is a professional in this field.
