Should I change jobs after the New Year, or stay where I am?

After the Spring Festival every year, there is a wave of employees leaving their jobs. The reasons for this include disapproval of the management or the company itself, or reaching a bottleneck in one’s career path, with the desire to start anew in the coming year. Another reason is that companies distribute year-end bonuses after the festival; with these bonuses, employees decide to say goodbye to their former employers and embrace a new beginning. As someone who works in manufacturing and technology, are you planning to change jobs or stay with your current employer? What do everyone think?
I think the most tragic thing is during the New Year, when the bonuses haven’t been paid out yet.
Talk about it after getting familiar with the company’s politics. . . Hah
The company gave out year-end bonuses; they weren’t much, but it was still okay
If there’s a good employer available, switch jobs at any time; if not, just hold on a bit longer
