HTRI calculation passed—why not the schematic?

As shown in the figure, a heat exchanger was simulated using HTRI, with all parameters correct; but no schematic diagram is provided. Why is that?

Under the limited flow rate, A needs to control the liquid flow velocity in the tube side to be between 1 and 3; B must keep it at a maximum of 2. C is responsible for ensuring that the ratio of the shell diameter to the tube length is between 4 and 6. Taken together, this results in a multi-shell series configuration: lol
The reason has been found; it’s because of multiple shell stages in series that no diagram is generated. When both the shell diameter and tube length of the heat exchanger were reduced, the system automatically adjusted the number of shell sides: D
It is because of the series connection in the shell side, and the default output is the total unit. Click the dropdown in the top left corner, select one of the heat exchangers, and a diagram will be displayed.
