Install temperature measurement devices on the boiler

There are several boilers in the factory, and I want to add temperature display devices. How can I achieve a temperature range of 1000–1500? Does anyone have any suggestions? My idea is to use thermocouples for measurement, and then install a temperature controller or something similar on a pillar so that the temperature can be monitored at any time, but I’m not sure how to do this

Install a platinum-rhodium thermocouple, then hang a small cabinet on the column, put a gauge in it, run a wire to connect it, and that’s it.
Does \"cabinet\" refer to a distribution box? Is it an empty box or one with circuits built in? And what type of meter should be used? Can it be connected directly to thermocouples?
It involves connecting a thermocouple on-site with a wire, installing a small power distribution cabinet on the wall, making a slot in it to fit the temperature control device, and there are also circuit breakers and other components inside the cabinet.
