The equipment needs to be placed on the roof, but since it contains organic components, the temperature there must not exceed 50 degrees, otherwise it could be dangerous. To prevent the equipment from overheating, my idea is to cool the gas entering the equipment; this gas is the waste gas drawn from the workshop. It’s about adding more cooling equipment. What cooling equipment should I choose? Party A also doesn’t have cooling water. Or insulate the outer surface of the device? Please give me some advice!
It provides insulation, right? The temperature requirement isn’t that high – 50 degrees – so there’s no need for cooling equipment. It's just my personal opinion; it's not necessarily correct.
Hehe, maybe it would be better to install an air conditioner.
Just install a cooling tower to create a circulation system
The rooftops are really hot in the summer! Over 70 degrees!
What kind of rooftop can reach over 70 degrees? If a cooling tower won’t work, install a chiller
Try going to the rooftop at noon in summer.
If the inlet temperature is not higher than 50 degrees, cooling facilities should not be necessary. Insulation measures can be taken to address this issue. For example, by adding an open shade structure that prevents direct sunlight from reaching the area, it’s generally not possible for the temperature to rise to 50 degrees. If exposed to direct sunlight, temperatures of 60 degrees in summer are normal.
But it’s on the rooftop; it’s really hot there. I want to cover the equipment and add an air conditioner.
A cost-saving solution is to install a shade canopy for insulation; this device absorbs exhaust gases and needs to dissipate heat. Adding insulation would hinder heat dissipation, so applying thermal insulation paint could be considered. It is not recommended to build a house and then install an air conditioner, as this will make the room enclosed, posing safety risks; moreover, air conditioners are generally not explosion-proof! Apply thermal insulation paint, install an external shading canopy, add an explosion-proof exhaust fan; if possible, set up a spray water pipe above the equipment so that it can be cooled by spraying water when the temperature gets too high.
